Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept the delivery if possible. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs so we can investigate and assist you.

We currently ship within India. Delivery is subject to courier service availability in your location.
